Do all outlets offer the same services?

Professional hair services are available at all Snip Avenue salons. Selected outlets currently offer nail services and beauty treatments, with more beauty experiences being introduced as we continue to expand.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. To minimise waiting time, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, NETS, PayNow, and other payment methods available at each outlet.

Can promotions be combined?

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be used together with other discounts or offers.

How long will my appointment take?

The duration depends on the service. Haircuts typically take around an hour, while colouring, perming, rebonding and treatments may take between 2–4 hours.
