How do I be notified of your latest Services, Products and Promotions?
By registering an account with us, make sure that you have check "I would like to receive store emails" in order to be included in our mailing list. With successful registration, you would be guaranteed first-hand notifications, previews and/or updates of Snip Avenue.
How do I place an order?
To begin shopping with us, you would need to register an account here. Rest assured that all information provided would be kept private and confidential. Having filled up the required fields, you are all geared up to embark on Snip Avenue adventure!
Simply add your desired items to ‘My Plastic Bag’ and checkout. Upon confirmation, the system will automatically issue an invoice to you and do make sure that you do a print screen or print out the invoice for future reference. Should there be a case where you receive no invoice within minutes, please drop us an email notification so that we can verify your order.  
Taking note of the invoice number, please make payment accordingly and send your payment details to purchases@snipavenue.com. A confirmation email would then be sent out once payment is verified. Feel free to come back and check on your order status.

What should I do if the item is Out of Stock?
Do email us the respective items that you are interested in at purchases@snipavenue.com and we would notify you should any deals fall through.
What payment methods do you accept?
Snip Avenue accepts DBS/POSB/UOB Internet banking and ATM transfers, as well as Interbank transfers.
Please note:
For ATM transfers, it is required that you provide us a clear snapshot of your ATM transaction receipt for verification purposes.
For Interbank transfers, kindly allow 3 working days for the payment to reach us.
In what format and where should I send my payment details to?
We greatly appreciate that you adhere to the following format and send the payment details to purchases@snipavenue.com stating clearly your invoice no. as the subject.

How long a grace period am I given to make payment?
Please make payment within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice.
How long does it take to verify my payment?
We will try our very best to verify all payments within 48 hours. In the event where you receive no payment verification, do not hesitate to drop us an email at purchases@snipavenue.com, You may want to state the subject as ‘urgent’ if necessary.
After my payment has been verified, when am I able to collect my items?
You are able to collect your items only after 3 working days at outlet location that you have stated during your purchases.
